Jatinder Hayer

Over his extensive 25-year career, Jatinder has demonstrated his proficiency in engineering, procurement, construction management, and project leadership. Jatinder's expertise is particularly relevant to roadway illumination, traffic signals, and intelligent transportation systems. His involvement in a myriad of projects, from retrofit initiatives to cutting-edge technology implementation, showcases his adaptability and innovation within the field. His insights from multi-jurisdictional projects across western Canada have equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges inherent in such projects and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Jatinder contributes significant experience to EPCM teams, drawing on his background in public service and private consultancy. In the public sector, he gained valuable insights into asset management, decision-making, and infrastructure development through management and technical leadership roles. His private sector roles further developed his project leadership, engineering, and project management skills.
